I absolutely love Pre-Wedding Shoots. They’re such a great way for a Photographer and the subjects to get to know each other, especially leading up to a wedding. Having your Wedding Portraits done can be quite an intimidating thing, especially if you’re never been in front of the camera before. How do you stand? Do you smile or not smile? Should you be serious or silly? Where do we do have the session? It’s such great practice for the big day because by that time, you’ve already gone through something similar with your photographer on your pre-shoot, so you now know what to expect and have built a rapport with each other. PLUS! You get to have some professional photos of yourselves in “civilian clothing”!
Here is an amazing Pre-Wedding Shoot I had with awesomely fun couple, Pernilla and Peter earlier this year at Stockholm’s Karlbergs Slott. It was so great getting to know both of them during our time together and when they tied the knot in November, it was like shooting old friends.
